AI OUTBOUND PLATFORM, NEW YORK

Product
What Valley does
Outbound is two jobs: finding the right buyers and sending messages they want to answer. Valley does both. See the product.
Finds buyers from live signals
Valley watches for buying signals, such as people viewing your LinkedIn profile, engaging with your posts or a competitor's, hiring for roles your product supports, or raising money, and turns them into prospect lists. Teams can also describe their ideal customer in plain language or bring their own lists from a CSV, Sales Navigator or the API. Outreach starts with people who already have a reason to talk.
Qualifies every prospect against your ICP
Each prospect is checked against the team's ideal customer profile, and Valley explains why someone fits or does not. Users can correct a decision and re-check it. Messages only go to people worth contacting.
Researches each person
Valley reads each prospect's posts, interviews, company news, podcasts and newsletters, and shows the sources it used. Every message is built on a specific reason to reach out.
Writes messages in your voice
Messages follow the sender's own phrasing and style, using a writing model trained on 500K+ real messages. Teams approve every message before it sends, or let them flow. Valley customers see 15-45% reply rates, against a category average of about 2%.
Sends across LinkedIn and email
Valley runs LinkedIn and email in one sequence, stops follow-ups when someone replies, and collects every reply in one inbox. Email is included on the Plus and Growth plans and is an add-on on Starter.
Tracks results and connects to your stack
Analytics show replies, meetings and estimated pipeline for every campaign. Valley connects to HubSpot, offers a REST API and an MCP server for tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and includes an assistant called Scout.
Comparison
What makes Valley different
How Valley compares with the tools teams most often weigh it against. See the full comparison.
Research and writing are built in, not bolted on
HeyReach is a LinkedIn sending tool: signals, research and enrichment come from tools you connect, such as Clay or RB2B. Valley finds, qualifies, researches and writes inside one platform, so there is nothing to stitch together. HeyReach costs less per sender ($79 a month on its Growth plan); Valley's seat price covers the preparation work.
LinkedIn and email in one sequence
Instantly is built for email and does not automate LinkedIn messages. Valley sends on LinkedIn, where B2B buyers answer, and on email, in the same sequence with one inbox.
Monthly pricing per seat, no annual contract
Valley Starter costs $199 a seat a month, or $149 a month billed quarterly. Amplemarket's Startup plan is $600 a month on an annual term.
LinkedIn steps are sent, not assigned
In Apollo and Outreach, LinkedIn steps are manual tasks a rep has to complete. Valley sends LinkedIn connection requests and messages itself, from the user's own account.
A finished workflow, not a build-it-yourself data system
Clay is a flexible data platform, priced in credits and actions from $185 a month, that teams build their own workflows on. Valley is a ready outbound workflow at a flat seat price: research and base message writing are included, and credits are used only for finding new prospects, finding and verifying emails, and upgraded message generation.
Competitor prices as listed on each vendor's website in October 2026.

How it works
How Valley works
Setup
New users connect their LinkedIn account, tell Valley what they sell, who they sell to and how they write, then choose a play or bring their own list. Scout reads the company website to learn the offer. Every campaign can be reviewed before it launches.
Free trial
The Starter plan comes with a 7-day trial for eligible new subscribers. A payment method is required, and cancelling before the trial ends means the paid subscription never starts.
Support
Every plan includes live chat support inside the app. Plus and Growth add a priority Slack group, an onboarding call and a dedicated customer success manager. Starter users can add Slack support and an onboarding call.
Control and account safety
Each seat connects one LinkedIn account. Users approve every message before it sends, or let approved campaigns run. Valley has run 1,000+ LinkedIn accounts across 300+ teams with zero LinkedIn restrictions.
Billing
Plans are billed per seat, monthly or quarterly. Finding new prospects, finding and verifying email addresses, and upgraded message generation use credits; research, base message writing, imports and LinkedIn sending are included. Teams of five seats or more can talk to sales about Valley Scale.
