These terms apply to every customer referred on or after 22 October 2026.
Earns commission

Zero tolerance on brand bidding
We check every referral for paid ad clicks. Any partner whose referrals come through ads on Valley's name is suspended permanently and loses all unpaid commission, and cannot rejoin under another account.

How do I join?
Apply through the partner portal. Our team reviews every application, and once you are approved you get your referral link and a dashboard where you can track it.
How much do I earn?
20% of a referred customer's first subscription, every month they keep paying. If their first subscription is our done-for-you service, you earn 10%. Example: a customer who starts on two $199 seats pays $398 a month, so you earn $79.60 a month for as long as they stay.
What happens if a customer adds seats, upgrades or buys credits?
Your commission stays where it started. It is set by the first subscription, so extra seats, upgrades, add-ons, credits and services bought later do not change it. If the customer downgrades below their first subscription, your commission follows them down.
When and how do I get paid?
On the 20th of each month, by PayPal, once your balance reaches $50. Anything under $50 rolls into the next month. Commission is only earned on payments we actually collect, so refunds and chargebacks are taken back from a later payout.
How long does a referral stay mine?
60 days. Once someone clicks your link, they need to become a paying customer within 60 days for the referral to count.
Can I run ads?
Not on Valley's name. You may not bid on "Valley", "Valley AI", "joinvalley" or any variant in any ad network or country, put Valley's name in an ad, or send ad traffic straight to Valley through your link. We check every referral for ad clicks, and accounts that do this are suspended permanently and lose all unpaid commission.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No. Self-referrals, your own company, or any business you have a financial stake in do not earn commission. Neither do customers who were already talking to our sales team before your referral.
I referred customers before 22 Oct 2026. Does anything change for them?
No. Customers you referred before 22 October 2026 stay on the terms that applied when you referred them. The current terms cover customers referred from that date on.
Does a discount affect my commission?
Commission applies when the customer signs up at our published price. If a discount takes the price below it, that account does not earn commission.
