The answer up front: Waalaxy's live 2026 prices are Pro €19, Advanced €49, and Business €69 per user per month (EUR only - no USD pricing is shown even to US visitors), with an unusually aggressive discount ladder: quarterly saves 20%, annual saves 50% - so Advanced lands near €24.50/month paid yearly. Beware stale third-party tables: articles from earlier in 2026 still list €49/€69/€99, which no longer matches the page. The two gates that actually matter: LinkedIn invites are capped at 300/month on Pro vs 800/month on Advanced and Business, and cold email exists only on Business. The LinkedIn inbox is a €20/month add-on on every plan.
Disclosure: Valley competes for part of the outbound budget. Every number below was verified September 7, 2026 against the vendor's live pricing page, and we link the sources so you can check us.
Valley is an AI outbound platform that finds the people most likely to buy from you - from live buying signals, natural-language search, or your own lists - qualifies them against your ICP, researches each one, and sends personalized messages across email and LinkedIn that get 15-45% reply rates, against a category average of about 2%.

The plans, exactly as published
Plan | Monthly | Effective yearly (-50%) | Invites/mo | Email finder credits | Cold email |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Pro | €19/user | ~€9.50/user | 300 | 25/mo | No |
Advanced | €49/user | ~€24.50/user | 800 | 25/mo | No |
Business | €69/user | ~€34.50/user | 800 | 500/mo | Yes - sequences, follow-ups, multiple senders |
Read the middle column twice: Business does not buy more LinkedIn volume than Advanced - both cap at 800 invites/month. The €20/user premium buys the email channel and 20x the finder credits. Advanced's real upgrades over Pro are the volume cap, API and Make/Zapier/N8N modules, and support that answers in hours rather than 48 of them.
The fine print worth knowing
The inbox is not included. The LinkedIn inbox is an add-on at €20/month on all plans (their FAQ, verbatim: "It's an optional add-on for €20/month"). The free plan is quietly disappearing: no €0 tier appears on the pricing page today; Waalaxy's own mid-2026 blog still describes a ~80-invites/month freemium as a post-trial fallback, so treat "free plan" claims in older reviews with care. The trial is 14 days on all three plans (card requirement is not stated on the page; third parties report none - confirm at signup). Extra finder credits exist "with decreasing prices at higher volumes" but no prices are published anywhere. Enterprise (5+ users) lives only in the FAQ, price unpublished. Cancellation is clean: disable auto-renew, keep access to period end, no fees.
Ratings for calibration (September 7, 2026): G2 4.5/5 across ~1,315 reviews; Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 1,289 (their own footer manages to display two different Capterra scores, which tells you to double-check any number on a pricing page - including theirs, and ours).
When Waalaxy pricing works, and when it does not
Works: the cheapest credible entry into LinkedIn automation, especially at the -50% annual rate. A solo founder testing sequences at €9.50-24.50/month is spending less than lunch money, and the 14-day trial makes it near-free to find out.
Does not: anyone who needs volume beyond 800 invites/month, USD billing, published team pricing, or - the bigger point - anyone whose problem is not sending volume but reply quality. Quota-gated drip tools optimize for how many strangers you touch; Valley optimizes for which strangers already care: buying signals pick the prospects, research feeds every message, and you approve each send. 15-45% reply rates against a ~2% category average, at $149/month billed quarterly, everything unlocked. How to price Waalaxy in 30 seconds
Pay yearly or do not bother - the 50% annual discount is the whole deal. Then ask two questions: is 800 invites/month enough, and do you need email (that is Business, nothing less). If the honest answer is "I need better replies, not more invites," you are shopping in the wrong category: start with Valley vs Waalaxy vs Zopto.
FAQ
How much does Waalaxy cost in 2026? Pro €19, Advanced €49, Business €69 per user/month on monthly billing; quarterly saves 20% and annual 50%. EUR only. Verified against the live pricing page September 7, 2026 - older third-party tables showing €49/€69/€99 are stale.
What is the difference between Advanced and Business? Not LinkedIn volume - both allow 800 invites/month. Business adds cold email (sequences, follow-ups, multiple senders) and 500 finder credits vs 25.
Does Waalaxy have a free plan? Not on the current pricing page. A limited freemium (~80 invites/month) has historically existed as a post-trial fallback per Waalaxy's own blog; do not budget around it.
Is the LinkedIn inbox included? No - it is a €20/month add-on on every plan.
How does Valley compare? Different philosophy: Valley is $149/month billed quarterly, not per-seat, with buying signals choosing prospects and research feeding every message across LinkedIn and email. 7-day free trial, card required, everything unlocked.
