HeyReach Review (2026): Features, Pricing, and Who It Is Actually For
Published August 31, 2026 · Updated August 31, 2026
The 60-word verdict: HeyReach is the best-built volume machine in LinkedIn outreach - unlimited-sender architecture, a genuinely good unified inbox, and a visual sequence builder that agencies will feel at home in, at $79/month per sender. What it is not: a research or personalization engine. It scales sending, not thinking - and its connection method and credit meters deserve a clear-eyed look first.
Disclosure: Valley makes a competing tool. This review is based on our own paid-trial walkthrough (August 2026) plus their published pages - and we say plainly below where HeyReach is the better choice.
TL;DR - Pros: unlimited-sender model with one fixed cost per seat · unified inbox across senders · visual flow builder with conditions and a real template library · broad lead-import surface (Sales Nav, events, post reactors, CSV) · modern extras (API, webhooks, even an MCP server). Cons: LinkedIn connection works by pasting your session cookies via a browser extension · email is credit-metered and multichannel flows hand off to Instantly/Smartlead rather than sending natively at depth · personalization is template-grade unless you bring your own copy per segment · the jump from $79/sender to the $999 agency tier is steep · LinkedIn removed HeyReach's own company page in March 2026, which belongs in any honest risk assessment.
What we found inside, feature by feature - and the full pricing table
Onboarding and connection. Sign-up is fast and self-aware about its audience (the first question is Agency / Sales team / Startup / Recruiter). Connecting a LinkedIn account is where you should pay attention: the flow has you install the Cookie-Editor Chrome extension, export your LinkedIn session cookies as JSON, and paste them in - "no password, no credentials, takes 30 seconds," as the modal puts it, with 212K+ accounts connected. It is genuinely frictionless. It also means handing your live LinkedIn session to a third-party cloud - exactly the architectural trade our safety analysis walks through. Decide with eyes open, and not with your primary account on day one.
Lead import. The widest intake menu in the category: LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator lead and account exports (you need your own Sales Nav seat), Recruiter, event attendees, post reactors, company searches, and CSV (First Name, Last Name, LinkedIn URL mandatory; rows missing them are skipped - our 2,497-lead test file imported cleanly). Post-reactor and event imports are the standout: that is signal-shaped targeting if you use it deliberately.
Campaigns and templates. The builder walks Leads → Sequence → Senders → Schedule → Preview, with exclusion controls (skip leads contacted in other campaigns, or by other senders) that multi-sender teams genuinely need. Sequences support conditions (if-connected branches), waits, profile views, post likes, InMail branches. The template library (Engagement Response, New Connection Nurture, value-led outreach, Partnership Proposal, Multichannel) displays claimed acceptance/reply rates on each card - 72% and 48% badges are their labels, not our measurements. Worth noting: the multichannel templates' email steps are "Add to Instantly" / "Add to Smartlead" action nodes - email at volume is a handoff to a second tool and subscription, not native depth.
Their pricing, from inside the billing page (monthly list, August 2026; quarterly -10%, annual -20%):
Plan | Price | Senders | Email credits | Adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Growth | $79/mo per sender | pay per sender | 100/sender | unified inbox, multichannel, API and webhooks, workspaces, MCP server |
Micro Agency | $999/mo | 25 | 1,000 | whitelabel, done-for-you onboarding, own proxies, Slack channel |
Agency | $1,399/mo | 50 | 1,000 | same, more seats |
Unlimited | $2,999/mo | unlimited | 3,000 | multi-brand whitelabel, done-for-you migration, priority support |
The trial: 14 days, full builder access, with a persistent upgrade banner and a 0-credit email state until you pay - the email half of the product is effectively post-purchase.

Alternatives, and who HeyReach is actually for
Alternatives, honestly framed: the full 2026 field is here, but the short version - Expandi if you want volume sequencing with more per-account safety controls; Zeekeo (formerly Zopto - what changed) as the other agency-oriented cloud tool; and Valley (us, clearly marked) if the constraint is not sender count but reply quality - 200+ sources of research per prospect, messages in your voice, LinkedIn + native email in one flow at $149/mo billed quarterly. The head-to-head with receipts: Valley vs HeyReach.
Who HeyReach is for: agencies and multi-seat teams whose model is genuinely volume - many senders, many clients, one inbox to manage the noise - and who have the list discipline and copy resources to feed it. At that job, per-sender pricing and the operational tooling are the best in class.
Who it is NOT for: founders and small teams whose pipeline depends on high-value replies rather than reach; anyone unwilling to paste session cookies from an account they cannot afford to lose; and teams expecting the templates to write relevance for them - the 48% badge on the card does not come from the template, it comes from targeting and copy the template cannot supply.
FAQ
How much does HeyReach cost? $79/month per sender on Growth (monthly list), with agency bundles at $999/mo (25 senders), $1,399/mo (50) and $2,999/mo (unlimited). Quarterly billing takes 10% off, annual 20%.
Is HeyReach safe for my LinkedIn account? It is cloud-based (safer than browser extensions), but connection is via pasted session cookies, and LinkedIn removed HeyReach's own company page in March 2026. Run it on accounts you can afford to risk, inside conservative limits - our safety rankings have the full framework.
Does HeyReach send email? Credit-metered email exists (100 credits/sender on Growth), and the multichannel templates hand volume email to Instantly or Smartlead - plan on a second subscription for a real email motion.
Does HeyReach have a free trial? Yes - 14 days with builder access; email credits sit at zero until upgrade.
Is HeyReach better than Valley? For unlimited-sender volume economics, yes - that is its home turf. For research depth, voice fidelity and one-flow LinkedIn + native email, that is Valley's. The honest split is the whole of our comparison.
What is the MCP server on the pricing page? An integration endpoint that lets AI assistants operate HeyReach - notable as modern tooling, and a sign of where the category is heading.
